Terms & conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”) govern the provision of services by Monkey Temple Casino (hereinafter referred to as the “Casino”). By registering on the Casino website, the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Player”) agrees to these rules, forming a legally binding agreement between the Casino and the Player. The Casino provides services for participating in a variety of games and betting activities available on its website. All wagers are accepted according to these rules, which also cover the specific rules applicable to different games.

By registering, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood and accepted these rules, and agrees to comply with them while using the Casino’s services. The Player also agrees to receive notifications about new services via email and SMS. The Casino reserves the right to amend these rules, payout methods, and other terms without prior notice. Previously placed wagers remain subject to the rules in effect at the time of placing the wager, while all subsequent wagers will be subject to the updated rules.

Registration, opening an account, and participating in games are permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. The Player is responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction. The Player is also responsible for reporting their winnings and losses to local authorities if required. The Player must provide accurate information during registration. The Casino assumes the information provided is correct and accepts no responsibility if inaccurate information is provided. The Casino reserves the right to request identification documents from the Player to verify their information.

If the Casino suspects fraudulent activities, the Player’s account may be blocked, and legal actions may be taken. If the Player is found to be under 18, or if any fraudulent activities are detected, the Casino may close the Player’s account. The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details. The Casino will keep the Player’s information confidential but is not responsible for unauthorized access due to the Player’s negligence. The Casino is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of its website, inability to access the site, or errors on the site. The specific rules for each game take precedence over these general terms.

The Casino is operated by Castianes B.V., registered in Curacao. All gaming activities are licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The Player is responsible for ensuring that all personal information and financial transactions comply with the legal requirements of their jurisdiction. The Casino prohibits registration, deposits, and bets from residents of certain countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, and the United States. The Casino reserves the right to terminate this agreement if it becomes impossible to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events. The Casino reserves the right to refuse service to individuals from countries subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.

Intellectual property on the Casino’s website, including text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and may not be used by the Player for commercial purposes. The agreement between the Player and the Casino is terminated when all final settlements have been made and the Player has been notified. The Player may not assign their rights or obligations under these rules to any third party. The Casino may assign its rights and obligations under these rules without notifying the Player, provided the terms remain favorable to the Player. Any matters not covered by these rules will be governed by the laws of Curacao.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Casino is obligated to register the Player and assign a unique gaming account number, provide the Player with the ability to manage their gaming account, maintain confidentiality of the Player’s information according to Curacao’s Personal Data Protection Act, and offer 24/7 technical support via email and hotline.

The Casino reserves the right to suspend services if the Player fails to comply with these rules, and to amend the rules without notifying the Player. The Player, on the other hand, is obligated to read and understand the rules, keep account information confidential, and comply with local tax and legal requirements regarding winnings. The Player has the right to receive a complete list of available bets and to refuse to participate in the Casino’s games once every 90 days by notifying the Casino via email. The Player guarantees that they are not physically present in any prohibited jurisdiction while using the Casino’s services.

3. Conditions of Wager Acceptance

Wagers are accepted based on the event list and odds offered by the Casino. Odds and other terms may change after a bet is placed, but previously placed bets remain unchanged. Bets must be placed before the event starts. Any bets placed after the start of the event will be void. The Casino is not responsible for incorrect spelling of names or other details in the betting line. Bets cannot be changed or canceled once placed. The Player is entitled to only one gaming account unless otherwise approved by the Casino. The Casino reserves the right to limit or refuse bets without explanation. In case of obvious errors in the betting line, the Casino may cancel the bet.

4. Special Terms

If an event is postponed for more than 36 hours, bets will be settled at odds of 1 unless otherwise stated. If a match is transferred to a neutral ground, bets remain valid. If transferred to the opponent’s ground, bets will be refunded. In case of changes to the result after an event due to protests or doping, the original result remains valid for betting purposes. If a bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known, the Casino reserves the right to cancel it. The Player should check their betting slip for accuracy. The Casino retains the right to refund bets and cancel wagers if the slip is incorrect. Complaints regarding disputed issues must be submitted within 10 days of the event. The final decision rests with the Casino.

5. Financial Limitations

The maximum odds in parlays are 2000. Winnings for odds exceeding 2000 will be calculated as if the odds were 2000. The maximum bet amount is determined by the Casino and may vary depending on the event. The maximum payout for one bet is 1,000,000 USD. To make a withdrawal, the Player must wager at least 70% of the deposited amount.

6. High Roller Bets (Overask)

The Player can place a bet exceeding the maximum amount by requesting an “Overask.” The account balance must exceed the maximum bet amount, and the minimum “Overask” is 100 USD. “Overask” bets must be Single or Parlay bets and cannot be placed on live events. The Casino will review “Overask” bets within 5 minutes and either accept or reject them. The maximum payout for “Overask” bets is 1,000,000 USD.

7. Rules Regarding Opening an Account and Depositing Funds

To open a gaming account, the Player must register on the Casino’s website and deposit funds. Transactions on the gaming account will be performed in Indian Rupees. The Casino does not offer credit for gaming transactions. Deposits are credited to the gaming account once the payment is confirmed by the service provider. The Player must cover all costs associated with money transfers. The Casino reserves the right to cancel deposits and refund the money if there are suspicions of fraud.

8. Rules for Winnings Payout and Withdrawal

Winnings are credited immediately after the event results are announced. The Player can request a withdrawal at any time, subject to verification and the availability of funds. Withdrawals will be processed within 3 business days. The Casino may require verification documents before processing a withdrawal. The Casino has a strict anti-fraud policy and reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activities.

9. Inactive Accounts

An inactive account is defined as one with no activity for over 12 months. A fee of 5 Euros (or equivalent) will be charged monthly from inactive accounts until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated. The Player can reactivate their account by making a deposit, placing a bet, or withdrawing funds. The Casino reserves the right to close inactive accounts once the balance reaches zero.

10. Communication with Customer Support

When contacting the Casino’s Customer Support service, the Player is expected to communicate respectfully with support staff and follow their instructions. Misconduct, including the use of obscene language, insults, or threats, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Player’s access to Customer Support. If a Player violates these communication standards, the Casino has the right to suspend their access to Customer Support for a period ranging from 1 day to 3 months, without prior notice. The Casino reserves the right to use technical means to block the Player’s access to Customer Support automatically if these violations persist.

11. Cash Out Option

The “CashOut” option allows the Player to settle their bet before the outcome of the event is known. The “CashOut” amount is determined by the course of events and changes in odds and may be higher or lower than the original bet. This option is available only for unsettled bets and is offered for both Pre-match and Live betting. If the Player has multiple bets, the “CashOut” option is available separately for each bet, but only for the entire Parlay, not individual events within the Parlay. The availability of “CashOut” depends on the market status of the selected bets and may not always be available. Once a “CashOut” request is successfully processed, the bet is settled immediately, and the corresponding amount is credited to the Player’s account, regardless of the final outcome of the event. The Casino reserves the right to accept or reject any “CashOut” request at its discretion. If there are discrepancies between the rules provided in different languages, the English version will take precedence.
